Joe Feather, born in Leeds, is a professional golfer. He turned professional in 2007 and completed his PGA training in May 2011 as the North Region's trainee of the year. Joe is based at Leeds Golf centre, where he has played and represented since the age of 13, and worked since 2008. With his training behind him Joe competed full time on the PGA Europro tour in 2011. Then during an injury marred 2012 Joe split his full year between the PGA Europro Tour and the Alps Tour and finish his season with Qualifying Tournaments for the European Tour. Then in 2013 Joe ventured further afield, playing in Q school for the Asian Tour, gaining a card for the second tier tour in Asia; The ADT Tour. After 3 events, during the Asian 'Rainy Season' Joe returned home to compete on the English Tour and in Open Qualifying. However a reoccurrence of a back injury meant Joe's season was curtailed, which saw him out of competitive action until late September.

Despite an injury stricken 2012-2013 he played some of his finest Golf, registering 6 victories, 2 of them in impressive fashion, clear of the field by 3 and 4 shots respectively. Setting a course record 8 under par in the process at The Flaxby. Joe now has 12 professional victories to his name in total, on the 1836 Tour and Yorkshire PGA Tournaments, with 12 other top 5 finishes and dozens of top 10 finishes under his belt; on the English Tour, 1836 Tour, PGA North Region, Europro Tour, Alps Tour and ADT, as well as Top 3 finishes on the Northern pro tour. Despite coaching full time now, he competes in Yorkshire and North Region PGA tournaments when he can fit them in, and remains committed to maintaining his game to a high level.
